All print heads sold by www.digiprint-usa.com are new, never used, unaltered, or returned. As such, we don’t accept returns on this item. Processing time after receiving payment is 2-3 days.
You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation. Unfortunately, we cannot give you instructions on how to install this print head on your printer.
