Returns & Refund Policy
At DigiPrint-USA, we strive to provide outstanding quality products and solutions for the wide-format and large-format digital printing industry. While our focus is on customer satisfaction, there are certain situations that may result in returns or exchanges.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Support at info@digiprint-usa.com to begin the return or exchange process. Our support and technical teams will work with you to investigate the issue once we have your request.
Please read the policy below carefully, as some products (especially printheads) have strict restrictions or are non-returnable due to their sensitive and non-resellable nature once opened.
🖨️ Printhead Purchases
- 100% brand new – never used, refurbished, or previously sold
- Shipped directly from the U.S.A.
- Labeled with a unique serial number and head rank (e.g., Epson heads)
The customer must inspect the order immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage or delivery discrepancies directly on the delivery receipt. Goods will be deemed accepted if no detailed notice is provided at the time of delivery. Printheads cannot be returned once installed or used.
✅ General Return Policy
- Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email info@digiprint-usa.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- All returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Printheads will only be replaced after manufacturer evaluation confirms no defect was caused by ink, installation errors, electrical surges, or improper handling. The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, damage, unauthorized repair, or use of unapproved fluids. All RMA shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Manufacturer RMA results take approximately 4–8 weeks and are final and binding.
You may return items under the following conditions:
- The item differs from what was ordered.
- There is a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., visibly missing or broken parts).
🧪 DTF Printer Parts Policy
Due to the reactive nature of DTF inks:
- All sales of DTF printheads and parts are final.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once installed.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- All printheads (Epson, Ricoh, Konica, Kyocera, etc.)
- Opened or used ink, software, cables, or accessories
- Custom orders or special-request items
Printheads are factory-sealed, serialized components and cannot be resold once opened. Once packaging is unsealed or ink has run through the head, the item is considered used and is non-returnable.
Tampering with, removing, or missing serial numbers will void all warranties and return eligibility.
- Use of unapproved or incompatible inks/fluids
- Electrical damage or power surges
- Improper installation or setup
- Handling by non-certified technicians
- Unauthorized cleaning or repair
- Physical damage or negligence
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
If a wrong printhead is ordered and installed with ink, we cannot accept a return or offer any refund or replacement under any circumstances.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct printhead for their equipment. DigiPrint-USA does not have access to or knowledge of your specific printer model or configuration.
🔍 Inspection & Claims
- Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
- Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours.
- If defective, contact us with photo/video evidence. Our technical team will assess and provide resolution if applicable.
🔁 Approved Returns
- Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
- Refunds are processed after item inspection.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
