We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI files. For best results, use the highest-resolution source file you have — 300 DPI at the final print size is ideal. Photos from a smartphone (modern iPhone, recent Android) work well; older low-resolution images may print blurry, so we'll contact you if your file looks too small. (3) Add personalization details at checkout — for text products, include the exact text, font preference (if any), and any spelling or capitalization requirements. How long does it take to get my custom-printed order?

(2) Bulk orders (10+ units) — 5–7 business days end-to-end; we'll provide a specific timeline at order confirmation. (3) Holiday/seasonal rush periods — November/December timelines extend by 2–3 days; place holiday orders by early December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. What products can I have custom-printed, and what makes sublimation different from other print methods?
We sublimate onto products with a polyester or polyester-coated surface — the only substrate sublimation dye bonds to permanently. Why sublimation produces better-quality results than alternatives: Sublimation dye GASIFIES under heat and chemically bonds with polymer fibers — the print becomes part of the fabric, not a layer on top. That means: won't crack, peel, fade, or wash out; soft to the touch (you can't feel the print); full-color photo quality with unlimited colors at the same cost; survives commercial laundering. The tradeoff: only works on polyester or poly-coated items. Pure cotton products can't be sublimated. How do I care for my custom-printed items so the design lasts?
Sublimation prints are permanent for the life of the garment — the dye is chemically bonded to the polyester fibers. Most "fading" complaints actually trace to fabric softener residue or bleach exposure, not the print itself. Recommended care: (1) Machine wash cold or warm (under 130°F / 54°C). (2) Use mild detergent — avoid bleach and bleach alternatives. (3) Skip fabric softener (it coats fibers and dulls colors over time). (4) Tumble dry low or line dry. (5) If ironing is needed, iron the BACK side or use a press cloth — direct iron heat on the print side can scorch the polyester. For sweatshirts and pajamas: turn inside out before washing to reduce abrasion on the print surface. For blankets and towels: normal household washing is fine. With proper care, your sublimation print will look as good after 50 washes as it did when new.
What is the return policy on custom-printed items?
Custom-printed products are made to order specifically for you, so they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once produced. What we cover: if there's a printing defect (color significantly different from your approved proof, misprint, damaged garment), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint or refund at our discretion. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with photo documentation. What's not covered: changes of mind, sizing issues (please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering), artwork quality complaints when we printed exactly what was uploaded (low-resolution source files produce blurry prints), or care-related damage (washing without following the care instructions above).
