Are your printheads 100% genuine OEM?
Yes. Every printhead we sell at Digiprint USA is 100% genuine original from Epson, Ricoh, Konica, Roland, Mimaki, Xaar, Kyocera and other manufacturers. We do not sell refurbished, remanufactured, or compatible-only printheads unless explicitly labeled. All units are sealed in factory packaging with manufacturer markings intact.
How do I confirm the right printhead for my printer?

When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day from our Miami, FL warehouse via UPS or FedEx. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day. Express shipping options are available at checkout, including overnight delivery within the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and have particularly strong service to Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Peru). International orders typically arrive within 7–16 business days depending on destination. Many Latin American customers use our Miami location with their own freight forwarders for faster regional delivery. All applicable customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.

What's your warranty policy on printheads?
All genuine OEM printheads carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Because printheads can be damaged by improper installation, contaminated ink, or printer condition, we strongly recommend that printheads be installed by qualified technicians. Once a printhead has been installed onto a printer, returns are not accepted — this is industry standard for printheads. Always verify printer compatibility with our team before ordering.
