Printheads for Sale — Epson, Ricoh, Roland, Mimaki & More

All printheads sold by Digiprint USA are genuine, factory-sealed and never used, refurbished, or altered. Each ships with its original serial number (and head rank for Epson printheads).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day from Doral, Florida. US orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days via FedEx or UPS. International shipping is available at checkout.

It depends on the model, ink, and maintenance. Epson DX5/DX7 heads typically last 12–24 months, Epson i3200 and XP600 heads 6–18 months in DTF use, Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 UV heads 2+ years, and Konica KM1024 and Xaar 1003 industrial heads 3–5 years. Daily nozzle checks and approved inks are the biggest factors.

All printheads are covered under warranty, with a specific RMA process for each brand — we'll guide you through it. Warranty requires use of approved inks; non-approved inks or tampered/missing serial numbers void coverage. Printheads cannot be returned once installed or used. Sealed, unused printheads are eligible for store credit only, not a refund to the original payment method. Inspect your delivery on arrival; hidden defects must be reported within 48 hours.
