The StarFire™ SG1024/SA-2C is a high-performance industrial printhead engineered for textile and specialty applications, capable of dual-color operation with 200 dpi resolution. Designed as a compact, self-contained unit, it includes 1024 nozzles split across two ink paths (512 each), enabling efficient multi-color output in demanding production environments.
Equipped with a replaceable, abrasion-resistant metal nozzle plate and continuous ink recirculation, the SG1024/SA-2C is compatible with solvent, UV-curable, and aqueous inks, ensuring stable long-term operation and exceptional print quality.
