## Printhead Warranty Policy
All genuine OEM printheads carry original manufacturer warranty. Printheads cannot be
returned once installed or used — industry standard. Sealed unused units eligible for
store credit only, not a refund to original payment method. Hidden defects must be
reported within 48 hours of delivery. Warranty voided by non-approved inks or
tampered/missing serial numbers.
## Import Duty Notes (US buyers)
HTS 8443.99 (printheads): 0% MFN + 10% Section 122 surcharge + 0.3464% MPF.
Section 122 authority expires approximately July 24, 2026.
Japan-origin goods shipped via India retain Japan as country of origin — Certificate
of Origin required. FedEx Priority preferred for under 30–40 pieces. Continuous bond
