Roland Printheads — DX4, DX6, DX7 & VersaUV Series

Yes. All printheads sold by Digiprint USA are genuine, factory-sealed and never used, refurbished, or altered. Roland printheads are manufactured by Epson and supplied to Roland as OEM parts — we stock the same factory-sealed units that ship from authorized supply channels.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day from Doral, Florida. US orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days via FedEx or UPS. International shipping is available at checkout.

It depends on the head type, ink and maintenance. DX4 heads typically last 12–18 months in production environments. DX6 and DX7 heads typically last 12–24 months. UV heads (DX4 Gold, SV Gold) last longer — often 2+ years — because UV ink is less aggressive on the nozzle plate than solvent. Daily nozzle checks, proper capping, and using Roland-approved inks are the biggest factors.

All Roland printheads are covered under warranty, with a specific RMA process — we'll guide you through it. Warranty requires use of approved inks; non-approved inks or tampered/missing serial numbers void coverage. Printheads cannot be returned once installed or used. Sealed, unused printheads are eligible for store credit only, not a refund to the original payment method. Inspect your delivery on arrival; hidden defects must be reported within 48 hours.
