Wiper Blades — Epson, Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh & DTF Printers
Replacement wiper blades for wide-format and DTF printers. Wipers run across the nozzle plate before each print cycle to clear residual ink and debris. A worn wiper does the opposite — it redeposits dried ink back onto the nozzles. Same-day shipping from our Doral, Florida warehouse on orders placed before 2 PM EST.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a worn wiper blade damage my printhead?
A failing wiper doesn't fail loudly — it fails subtly, and that's exactly what makes it dangerous. A clean wiper makes one pass and leaves the nozzle plate clean. A wiper saturated with dried ink makes one pass and deposits that ink back onto the nozzles. The result is gradual degradation: print quality gets slightly worse over weeks, clogs appear more often, cleaning cycles need to run more frequently. Most shops assume it's a head problem and run more cycles — which stresses the head further. Replacing a $15–$60 wiper on schedule prevents the slow death cycle that ends in a $400–$1,500 printhead replacement. Read the full guide.
Which wiper blade fits my printer?
Wiper blades are typically matched by printhead family rather than printer model — the same wiper fits any printer using the same head. DX4 wipers fit older Roland SP-300/540, Mutoh ValueJet 1204/1304/1604, and Mimaki JV3/JV5 machines. DX5 / DX7 wipers fit Roland VS-series, Mutoh Drafstation, and Mimaki JV33/JV5/CJV30 eco-solvent machines. i3200, i1600, XP600 wipers fit DTF printers including Allwin AW EP-180, Stormjet TC1932, Sinocolor DTF-400A, Yuxunda DTF-300/400/600 Pro Max, Fedar FD60/FD65-2/FD70, Potry, Oric, and other Chinese DTF brands. Each product page lists exact compatibility. If you're unsure, contact us with your printer model.
How often should I replace my wiper blade?
Replace every 6–12 months on standard wide-format printers. For DTF production with white ink, replace every 3–6 months — titanium dioxide in white ink dries on the wiper aggressively and shortens its useful life. Replace immediately if you see any of: streaking or residue on the nozzle plate after auto-cleans, the wiper visibly stiff or hardened, ink buildup or crust on the wiper edge, or the same nozzle channels dropping out repeatedly. Mark a calendar reminder — wipers fail gradually, so without a schedule most shops only replace them after they've already cost a printhead.
What are the signs my wiper is failing right now?
Unlike capping stations or dampers, wipers don't produce dramatic symptoms. Watch for: (1) Cleaning cycles complete but leave faint streaks across the nozzle plate; (2) Nozzle check looks fine immediately after a clean, but degrades within 10–20 minutes of printing; (3) Clogs return faster after each cleaning than they used to; (4) Visible buildup of dried ink on the wiper rubber when you inspect it. If you've replaced dampers and capping recently and still see deteriorating print quality, the wiper is the next variable to eliminate.
Are these wiper blades genuine OEM or compatible?
Both — and we label which is which on each product page. OEM wipers from Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh and Epson carry the original manufacturer's vendor tag. Compatible wipers (typically labeled "Britomatics" or "digiprint-usa.com") are quality-tested aftermarket equivalents at significantly lower cost. Wipers are a part type where compatible quality is generally excellent — the rubber spec is straightforward and reputable aftermarket suppliers produce equivalent parts. For routine scheduled replacement, compatible wipers are the cost-effective choice; for production-critical machines under OEM service contracts, stay with OEM.
What is the return policy on wiper blades?
Sealed, unused wiper blades are eligible for store credit only, not a refund to the original payment method. Used or installed wipers cannot be returned. Inspect your delivery on arrival; hidden defects must be reported within 48 hours. Same-day shipping from Doral, Florida — orders before 2 PM EST go out the same business day.
