We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping, Delivery & Local Pickup Policy

At Digiprint USA, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. By placing an order with Digiprint USA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
• Most in-stock orders are processed within one (1) business day.
• Orders received before 2:00 PM EST may qualify for same-business-day shipping; however, same-day shipping is not guaranteed and depends on inventory availability, payment verification, carrier pickup schedules, and fraud screening.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Digiprint USA reserves the right to delay shipment for payment verification, fraud prevention, inventory verification, or compliance purposes.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for:

Selecting the correct product.

Verifying printer model compatibility.

Confirming part numbers.
-
Providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Providing a valid phone number and email address.
Digiprint USA is not responsible for delays, losses, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Proof of Shipment & Delivery
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Digiprint USA has fulfilled its shipping obligation.
Carrier records including, but not limited to:

Tracking information

Delivery confirmation
-
GPS confirmation
-
Delivery photographs
-
Signature confirmation
-
Delivery scans
-
Pickup scans
-
Delivery attempts
-
Delivery to receptionist, mailroom, warehouse, front desk, loading dock, parcel locker, commercial address, or other authorized receiving location
shall constitute valid proof of shipment and delivery.
Carrier tracking showing "Delivered", "Delivered to Agent", "Delivered to Reception", "Delivered to Mailroom", "Picked Up", or any similar carrier status shall be considered conclusive evidence that the shipment was successfully delivered.
Digiprint USA is not responsible for packages reported as lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is NOT automatically included with your order unless specifically purchased or stated on your invoice.
If shipping insurance is not purchased, the customer accepts the carrier's standard liability limitations.
If shipping insurance is purchased:

Claims are subject to the carrier's investigation and approval.

Digiprint USA cannot guarantee claim approval.

Customers must cooperate by providing photographs, original packaging, inspection reports, and any documentation requested by the carrier.
Digiprint USA is not responsible for claims denied by the shipping carrier.
Freight Forwarders & Third-Party Shipping Services
Many of our international customers use freight forwarders.
When a customer chooses to ship an order to:

delivery to that address constitutes completed delivery.
Digiprint USA's responsibility ends once the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Digiprint USA is not responsible for:

Loss after delivery

Theft after delivery

Repackaging damage
-
Damage during international forwarding

Customs delays
-
Customs seizures
-
Export issues

Forwarding mistakes

Missing items after forwarding

Incorrect forwarding

Delays caused by freight forwarders

Failure of the freight forwarder to insure the shipment
Any claims occurring after delivery to the freight forwarder must be handled directly between the customer and the freight forwarding company.
Carrier insurance and declared value coverage do not extend beyond the carrier's confirmed first delivery location.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only.
Customers must present:

Government-issued photo identification
Digiprint USA may require a signature upon pickup.
If another individual picks up the order on behalf of the customer—including employees, technicians, family members, couriers, freight forwarders, or drivers—that individual is deemed the customer's authorized representative.
Once the order has been released, signed for, or picked up by the customer or their authorized representative, the order shall be deemed fully delivered and accepted.
Digiprint USA is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, transportation damage, installation damage, or claims of non-receipt after pickup.
Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Visible damage should be noted with the carrier whenever possible.
Claims for:

Missing items

Incorrect products

Shortages
must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must retain:

Original packaging
-
Shipping labels

Boxes

Internal packaging

Damaged merchandise
Failure to report within 48 hours or failure to retain packaging may result in denial of the claim.
International Shipments
The customer is the importer of record.
The customer is responsible for:

Customs duties
-
Import taxes
-
VAT
-
Brokerage fees
-
Government inspections
-
Import permits
-
Destination country compliance
Digiprint USA is not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, import restrictions, or refusal by customs authorities.
High-Value Printer Parts
Many products sold by Digiprint USA—including OEM printheads, electronics, boards, cables, and printer components—are specialized technical products.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering.
Compatibility includes, but is not limited to:

Ink type

Firmware compatibility

Cable configuration

Installation requirements
Improper installation, mishandling, contamination, misuse, static discharge, incorrect voltage, improper storage, or installation by unqualified personnel may void manufacturer warranties and return eligibility.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Digiprint USA, the customer expressly agrees that Digiprint USA may rely upon and submit the following documentation in response to any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim filed with a credit card issuer, payment processor, bank, or financial institution:

An order shall be deemed fully fulfilled when:

It has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer;
-
It has been delivered to a freight forwarder or third-party receiver designated by the customer;
-
It has been picked up by the customer or the customer's authorized representative.
Customers agree that delivery to the address provided during checkout constitutes successful performance of Digiprint USA's delivery obligations.
Digiprint USA is not responsible for disputes arising from:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Freight forwarder handling
-
Theft after delivery
-
Packages reported missing after confirmed delivery
-
Customer refusal to accept delivery
-
Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes
-
Delays caused by customs authorities
-
Installation errors
-
Product incompatibility resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer

Improper installation or misuse of products
-
Claims arising after delivery to a freight forwarder or other third-party receiver
Digiprint USA reserves the right to vigorously contest any chargeback or payment dispute using all available documentation.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of future orders, refusal of service, recovery of chargeback fees and related costs where permitted by law, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
