3. We proof and print — We'll send a digital proof for your approval before printing. Once approved, production begins immediately.
4. Ships from Miami — Same day shipping from our Doral, Miami FL warehouse once production is complete. Ideal for Latin American customers using local freight forwarders.

What file format should I send for my design?
PDF is preferred for best print accuracy. PNG and JPG are also accepted. Your file should be at minimum 300 DPI at the full 30" × 60" print size. Include 3–5mm bleed beyond the towel edge if your design runs to the border. Keep logos and text at least 12mm from the edge to ensure they are not caught in the hem.
Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
Dye sublimation prints in CMYK, while screens display in RGB — so colours will shift slightly. For accurate colour reproduction send your file in CMYK mode and include any Pantone or colour reference codes with your order. We'll send a digital proof before printing for your approval.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — we accept single-towel orders. For bulk orders of 10+ towels, contact us for volume pricing. Our 30-pack blank box is available for businesses doing their own printing.
Will the print fade after washing?
No — dye sublimation bonds the ink into the polyester fibres rather than sitting on the surface. The print will not peel, crack, or fade with normal machine washing. Wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low for best longevity.
