This original Mimaki JV33/JV5 printhead is designed for use with Mimaki solvent-based printers in the CJV and JV series. With a native resolution of 1440 dpi and 8 nozzle lines — each corresponding to an independent ink channel — this printhead supports both 4-color and 6-color printing setups.
Thanks to its ultra-fine minimum droplet size of 1.5 picoliters and high firing frequency of 8 kHz, it delivers sharp image quality, smooth gradients, and fast production speeds. This printhead supports eco-solvent and mild solvent inks and comes complete with the Head ID and Head Memory Board for seamless integration and accurate calibration.
