Fabric weight (GSM): Our blanks run 400 grams per square meter — heavy enough to feel like a genuine towel rather than a thin sheet, without being so dense it slows your press cycle. Anything much under 350gsm tends to feel flimsy once printed; much over 450gsm can extend your press time and add cost without a corresponding quality jump for most buyers.

Print-side polyester content: For color that survives repeated washing, the print face needs to be as close to 100% polyester as possible — ours is. A cotton-blend print surface will accept sublimation ink, but the color fades and dulls within a handful of wash cycles, which matters a lot more at 30-unit order volume than on a single test towel.

Cotton-terry backing: The backside absorbency is what makes it function as an actual towel rather than just a printable panel. Confirm the back is genuine cotton terry, not a polyester-blend imitation — it's the difference between a towel that dries someone off and one that just looks like a towel.

Consistency across the case: At 30 units, minor manufacturing variation (slightly different weight, sheen, or sizing) becomes visible once towels are printed and placed side by side — ask whether the case ships from a single production batch.
