The Konica Minolta KM HS2000 printhead is a piezo on-demand printhead featuring an all-nozzle Independent drive system with a multi-line structure. It can be used as a replacement of the KM1024i SHE 6PL printheads.
The Konica Minolta KM HS2000 is a high-performance, shear-mode, piezo on-demand printhead built for high-speed single-pass inkjet systems. Engineered with an All-nozzle Independent Drive System, it enables simultaneous firing of all 1024 nozzles, unlike the traditional 3-cycle drive system. Its Multi-line structure aligns 4 rows of 256 nozzles with precision, providing exceptional dot placement and high-definition image quality.
With a maximum drive frequency of 60kHz—3× faster than the KM1024 Series—the HS2000 is ideal for high-throughput industrial inkjet printers. It’s also a drop-in replacement for the KM1024i SHE 6PL printheads, offering both speed and resolution upgrades.
