The Kyocera KJ4A-TA Series printhead is specifically engineered for UV-curable and high-viscosity inks, making it an ideal choice for label & packaging, signage, offset surprint, and other industrial print applications. With 600 dpi resolution, 2,656 nozzles, and drop sizes ranging from 6 to 14 picoliters, it achieves sharp, high-quality prints at speeds of up to 50 meters per minute.
Its internal heater maintains optimal performance under changing temperatures, while built-in filters protect the nozzles from ink impurities. The stable ink channel design ensures a consistent supply, minimizing downtime and maximizing precision.
