Scorpion 5100 INNO-UV (2016)
The Konica Minolta KM1024i MHE printhead is a robust, shear-mode, piezo on-demand printhead designed with an All-nozzle Independent Drive System and a Multi-line Structure. Unlike the traditional 3-cycle drive systems, this advanced design enables simultaneous emission from all 1024 nozzles, delivering exceptional performance and efficiency.
Featuring a high-density structure with 4 lines of 256 nozzles, precisely aligned for superior positioning accuracy, the KM1024i MHE achieves high-definition print quality. With a maximum drive frequency of 45kHz—approximately three times faster than the KM1024 series—it is ideal for single-pass inkjet printers requiring high-speed printing.
