Designed with dual piezoelectric slices—each controlling 64 nozzles—this 128-nozzle printhead supports high-speed printing at resolutions up to 600 dpi and droplet sizes calibrated at 50 picoliters, with a firing frequency of up to 20 kHz.
This printhead includes integrated serial-to-parallel converters for flexible jet control, allowing for simultaneous or individual nozzle firing—making it ideal for UV, solvent, and aqueous systems across a wide array of printer platforms.
