The Toshiba TEC CA4W is an advanced on-demand piezo electric inkjet printhead engineered for industrial applications requiring high-resolution output and exceptional grayscale accuracy. Unlike conventional binary heads, the CA4W supports 16 grayscale levels, enabling richer gradients and precise droplet control—from as small as 6 picoliters to as large as 90 picoliters. This printhead is Toshiba original and built for UV curable and oil-based ink systems.
It features a built-in water channel and complete sealing for reliable temperature control, along with dual ink inlet ports (one of which can be converted to a single inlet system). Ideal for a wide range of high-performance printing systems.
