Dampers — inspect monthly, replace at the first sign of restricted flow or color drift. On DTF setups with white ink, dampers in the white channel typically wear fastest. Capping station — inspect every 3 months, replace annually minimum, or sooner if the rubber is cracking, has hardened, or cleaning cycles stop clearing nozzles. Wiper blades — replace every 6–12 months, sooner if you see streaking or residue on the nozzle plate. Ink pump — replace when suction weakens enough that cleaning cycles no longer clear clogs.
